User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Submit a Request

Email your request to zjknc8888@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Use the email address or other contact method previously used to communicate with us whenever possible.

• Your full name and business or company name, if applicable.
• The email address, telephone number, or WhatsApp number connected with your inquiry or account.
• A brief description of the service or communication involved, such as website inquiry, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• The specific information you want deleted.

2. Identity Verification

To protect personal information, we may request reasonable verification before processing a deletion request. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary identity documents.

3. Processing Time

We will acknowledge and process a valid request within a reasonable period, normally within 15 business days. More time may be required for complex requests or where applicable law permits an extension. We will notify you if additional information or time is needed.

4. What We Delete

After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information within the scope of a valid request from active systems where reasonably practicable. Information may remain temporarily in secure backups until routine deletion cycles are completed.

5. Information We May Retain

We may retain limited information where required for contracts, accounting, tax, customs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, sanctions compliance, legal claims, or other legal obligations. Retained information will be limited, protected, and used only for the applicable purpose.

6. Meta and Facebook Data

If you interacted with JSCT Auto through Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service, you may also remove the app or business integration through your Meta account settings. To request deletion of information received and controlled by us, follow the email process above. Information controlled independently by Meta is governed by Meta’s own settings and policies.
