2. Business Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must have legal capacity and authority to act for yourself or the business you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to comply with all laws applicable to vehicle import, registration, resale, sanctions, anti-money-laundering controls, and trade restrictions.

3. Vehicle Information and Availability

Vehicle descriptions, photographs, specifications, mileage, condition, production year, colors, stock status, and estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may change. Used vehicles may show normal wear. Final vehicle details will be stated in the applicable quotation, inspection record, sales contract, pro forma invoice, or other transaction document.

4. Quotations and Orders

An inquiry does not reserve inventory. Quotations are valid only for the stated period and may depend on stock, exchange rates, freight, port charges, taxes, and supplier conditions. An order becomes binding only when the parties accept the applicable transaction documents and any required payment is received.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices and payment schedules are specified in the relevant quotation, contract, or invoice. Bank fees, taxes, duties, customs charges, destination fees, registration costs, and other third-party charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly included. Payments must be made through approved channels to the account stated in official transaction documents.

6. Inspection and Acceptance

Inspection scope, standards, timing, and cost must be agreed before shipment. Buyers should review available inspection materials and promptly report discrepancies. Acceptance procedures and any claim period are governed by the applicable sales contract or invoice terms.

7. Shipping, Customs, and Risk

Shipping method, Incoterms, destination, estimated schedule, title, and transfer of risk are governed by the applicable transaction documents. Shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, ports, weather, customs, inspections, force majeure, and other events outside our reasonable control. The buyer is responsible for confirming import eligibility and destination-country requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the applicable transaction documents, vehicle procurement status, supplier commitments, logistics bookings, and costs already incurred. Deposits or committed costs may be non-refundable where stated in the relevant agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

The website design, JSCT Auto branding, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Jiashuchitu Auto International and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without written permission. Third-party vehicle trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activities.
